In a rematch from September, UCF and Memphis combined for 117 points and went all the way to overtime in the highest-scoring conference championship game ever before the Knights managed to snag a walk-off interception to keep their perfect season intact. The Knights have scored 111 points in their last two games, and won 12 games without a loss just two years after losing 12 games without a win. All that's left is to find out their bowl game fate.
